Famous Tumbles

Well the highlight of the week, and certainly the year so far (for Amy and Dad alike), has been TumbleTots! It could also be called Kiddie Gymnastics and comprises of a gym hall filled with wonderful mats, balls and blocks of all shapes and sizes, tunnels, slides, parallel bars, over-excited dads and screeching kids. In other words, the best way ever to spend a Saturday morning! Mom has opted for spinning classes instead...



Of course the rest of the week pales in comparison and the gorgeous, sunny weather (25C) has taken a turn and it seems winter has finally arrived. There was a rumour (reliable) that Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas and family were at the playground last weekend and Amy's friend Ian even patted their dog (see, very reliable). So basically Amy and I have been hanging around the playground all week, but I'm sorry to say we didn't even see their dog. For those of you who don't know, The Douglas Family live on the island and love it here because they are treated like locals. (Although I'm not sure anyone would hang around a playground all week hoping for a sighting of me.)
